its a 256mb, it has a year warranty and if u register on their website it becomes a 2 year warranty. PNY has been the choice of todays games and beats overpriced BFG's in any aspect. PNY cards has been known for their long lasting life with incredible graphics at a reasonable price. Best bang for the buck :)
