The time is all messed up whenever i post, its set back like 5 hours even though i have it set right in my user options

Did you read the News Topic I made? I fixed the time when people are not logged in, so the site is now set to Eastern Time. You will have to change your settings for your time in Your User CP, Edit Options.

i did that and its still screwed

The default time setting for the site is GMT... So when you are not logged in, the time is Eastern. So for example, if you are on the East Coast, just set your time to the Standard GMT and it will work. (For Eastern only, dont use - or + hours, just use GMT).

ok i finally corrected my time, haha, even though it's set o the time thats not for my region

Glad you finally got it fixed hehe. Yeah, the time for the boards are set for Eastern Time.

should i associate the time messing up with the server change because it's doing it again?
